Heritage Hills Pump Station

Project Details:  Construction of an 18’ diameter by 30” deep cast-in-place master quadraplex sewer pump station with submersible pumps.  Included 18” and 30” gravity sewer with manholes, 12” and 20” force main, odor control system, jib crane, generator and associated sitework.

Project Highlight:  New lift station was constructed adjacent to the existing lift station until the final conversion could take place.

 

St. Marys Downtown Drainage Project

  • Location:  St. Marys, GA
  • Owner:  City of St. Marys
  • Engineer:  P&A Engineering
  • Contract Value:  $582,041

Project Details:  Remove existing box culverts, RCP and headwalls.  Construct new box culverts, RCP and drainage structures.  Restore all driveways, roadways and ditches.  All work was completed under detour in downtown St. Marys.

 

 

Melba/Green Street Drainage Improvement

  • Location:  Jacksonville, FL

  • Contract Value:  $3,516,431

Project Details:  Installation of a new storm drain system and related utility relocations to alleviate flooding in an established urban area of Jacksonville.  Scope included installing 4,167 lf of new storm drain which included 60” RCP under an existing roadway.  Installation of 5,200 lf of new watermains, excavation of a new retention pond, installation of an arch culvert underneath a roadway and adjacent to an existing residence.  Surface improvements included road reconstruction, milling and resurfacing and new sidewalk construction.

 

 

Pine Forest Drainage Improvements

  • Location:  Jacksonville, FL
  • Owner: City of Jacksonville and JEA
  • Engineer:  Arcadis
  • Contract Value:  $5,238,560

Project Details:  Installation of a new storm drain system and related utility relocations to alleviate flooding in an established urban area of Jacksonville.  Scope included over 13,000 lf of storm drain lines up to 54” RCP.  Installation of over 5,100 lf of water main, up to 24” in diameter, with associated old water main removals.  Excavation of a 5-acre retention pond, 16,000 of ditch regarding and concrete ditch paving.  All work was constructed under traffic in an existing neighborhood with an elementary school in the middle of the project.
