The Highland Chase subdivision, located in northwest Jacksonville, Florida, was built under contract with Lennar Homes. Lennar specifically designed this project to showcase their newest products in their affordable housing line. This project will bring quality affordable housing to an area of Jacksonville that is in desperate need of new homes in a lower price range. Lennar Homes’ goal is to improve the community that they work in, which aligns well with Petticoat-Schmitt’s mission statement of “Building Life Changing Infrastructure.”
